My son does not like dental impressions taken. Last time we were in the office, he needed an impression made for his upper teeth. As soon as Dr. Cook learned our son really dislikes impressions, he quickly offered an alternate solution in order to put our son at ease.

They have been nothing but great with my son!!
Dr. Cook came in on a weekend when a called because my son’s palate expander was coming out and we had it replaced two days later.
The office is great with getting you in when needed.

My daughter was extremely nervous and scared to get her expanders and braces and everyone was so patient with her and eased her concern. They explained each step of the process so she would understand and paused when her anexity was too high! What a great first experience for her and our family.
